In that event, Persky fell to fellow Californian Albert Gorelik, who took home $88,888 and his second Circuit ring before winning Event #12: $1,125 No-Limit Hold'em for $30,004 and a third ring.
At the start of the series, Persky finished 20th in Event #1: $400 No-Limit Hold'em Big 30K Stack for $1,077 before going on to finish runner-up in Event #3: $600 No-Limit Hold'em for $54,900.
